Creative Care Children's School is dedicated to providing a balanced approach to learning for every child. Our educators provide a nurturing and caring place for early childhood education. By playing, exploring, and learning through hands-on experiences and engaging classroom activities with others in a fun, safe, and healthy environment. Every child will be successful.
We provide a balanced approach to learning so that every child has the opportunity to learn and grow. Each activity is designed with a special lesson in mind. Our goal at Creative Care Children's School is to provide a curriculum that focuses on every child's social, cognitive, oral language, and physical development. Creating a life-long love for learning and strong self-esteem.
All of our classrooms follow a central theme for the week. Each theme introduces the children to new topics and teaches them about the world around them. Every morning starts with a circle time that greets the children and introduces them to the activities for the day. Our teachers then guide the children throughout the day through fun activities such as creating art, making music, reading together and outdoor activities. Children also have designated times throughout the day to explore in their classroom's learning centers, which encourages them to learn through hands-on experiences of their choice.
For our three year old and Pre-K classrooms, we are proud to use Scholastic's Big Day for Pre-K curriculum. Scholastic's Big Day for Pre-K is a comprehensive early learning program that embraces children's natural curiosity and encourages them to explore and connect to the world around them. The pre-kindergarten curriculum incorporates the most current research on child development into a program that celebrates early learners and prepares children for success in school and life!
Scholastic's Big Day for Pre-K combines the following 5 elements of success to ensure a quality and enriching learning experience for every child:
Each classroom's learning centers will be centered around the theme for the week and will encourage learning through hands-on experiences. Here are some examples of our classroom learning centers:
